The Alternative is an exploration of working with 19th century photographic processes, as well as merging them with digital technology. This body of work ranges with imagery in the form of cyanotypes, darkroom prints, solarized prints, and pinhole prints. In working with cyanotypes, I have also experimented with different forms of toning. Over time, what started out as working in alternative processes from curiosity, evolved into becoming my passion and long term interest in how to creatively push the strength of my work as an artist.
